White truffle sauce

White truffle sauce (180 gr. or 500 gr)

Ingredients: White truffle 6% (Tuber Magnatum Pico 2% en Tuber Albidum Pico 4%), cream, flour, Grana Padano cheese, salt and aromas

How to use:

Add it to fresh or filled pasta (f.e. gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli o tortellini) or to risotto. Also very tasty in combination with (white)meat, fish or with mashed potatoes or cauliflower. The best way to eat the white truffle sauce is warmed. A 180 gram jar of truffle sauce is enough for 6 portions of pasta. The larger jar, 500 gram, is mostly used by the catering industry and of course very convenient for a diner with a larger group of people. Once the truffle sauce has been opened, keep it in the refrigerator for a week at most.
