It’s always a pleasure to be introduced by the restaurant staff, not just as a supplier, but as a passionate advocate for the ingredient. Throughout the evening, I make myself available to guests — answering questions, sharing tips on storage and preparation, and telling a few behind-the-scenes stories from the world of truffle hunting.
