Het zijn meeslepende culinaire ervaringen waarbij chefs, sommeliers en gasten samenkomen rond de magie van de truffel. Het is altijd een genoegen om door het restaurantpersoneel te worden ge\u00efntroduceerd, niet alleen als leverancier, maar ook als gepassioneerd ambassadeur van het ingredi\u00ebnt. De hele avond sta ik klaar voor gasten \u2013 ik beantwoord vragen, deel tips over het bewaren en bereiden van truffels en vertel een paar verhalen achter de schermen over de wereld van de truffeljacht.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Elk evenement was een onvergetelijke ervaring, vol gelach, ontdekkingen en fantastisch eten. Het is een genot om gasten voor het eerst verse truffel te zien proeven \u2013 hun verbazing, nieuwsgierigheid en vooral hun waardering.
