eetlepels olijfolie<\/p><p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1004\">100 ml droge witte wijn<\/p><p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1054\">Een klontje boter (optioneel, voor extra smaak)<\/p><p Kook de pasta<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1362\">Breng een pan met gezouten water aan de kook en kook de spaghetti al dente. Bewaar een beetje pastawater voordat je het afgiet.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1393\"><strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1393\">2. Bereid de saus voor<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1563\">Verhit olijfolie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur en fruit de knoflook zachtjes tot hij geurig is, maar niet bruin. Voeg de courgette toe en bak 2-3 minuten tot hij net gaar is.<\/p><p data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1709\">Voeg de venusschelpen toe en giet de witte wijn erbij. Doe een deksel op de pan en kook ze ongeveer 4-5 minuten, of tot de venusschelpen opengaan. Gooi de venusschelpen die gesloten blijven weg.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1741\"><strong data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1741\">3. Combineer met pasta<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1962\">Voeg de uitgelekte pasta toe aan de pan, samen met een scheutje van het achtergehouden pastawater. Schep voorzichtig om zodat alle smaken goed gemengd zijn. Roer er eventueel een klontje boter doorheen voor een zijdezachte textuur. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"1995\"><strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"1995\">4.
