Bereid de gnocchi voor<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1669\">Gebruik je kant-en-klare gnocchi, kook ze dan volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Zelfgemaakte? Nog beter. Kook ze tot ze boven komen drijven (een paar minuten), giet ze af en zet ze apart.<\/p><p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1700\"><strong data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1700\">2. Schroei de sint-jakobsschelpen dicht<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1909\">Dep de sint-jakobsschelpen droog met keukenpapier en bestrooi ze met zout. Verhit olijfolie in een pan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de sint-jakobsschelpen, zodra de olie heet is, ongeveer 1-2 minuten per kant tot ze goudbruin en gaar zijn. Zet apart.<\/p><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1937\"><strong data-start=\"1916\" data-end=\"1937\">3. Maak de saus<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2144\">Zet het vuur in dezelfde pan laag. Voeg boter toe en laat ongeveer 1 minuut zachtjes koken. Voeg een snufje zout en peper toe en laat 2-3 minuten zachtjes koken.<\/p><p data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2176\"><strong data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2176\">4. Combineer alles<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2470\">Voeg de gnocchi toe aan de saus en roer voorzichtig om. Doe de sint-jakobsschelpen terug in de pan om op te warmen. Serveer het gerecht op borden en garneer met een royale hoeveelheid zwarte truffel. De rijke saus, de zijdezachte gnocchi en de umami van de sint-jakobsschelpen en truffel komen perfect samen. Het is een gerecht dat elke avond tot een bijzondere gebeurtenis maakt.<\/p><p data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2751\">Ik raad aan om dit gerecht te proeven met een goede Chardonnay of Pinot Noir. Misschien uit de Nieuwe Wereld, Australi\u00eb, Californi\u00eb.<\/p><p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2825\">Als je het thuis probeert, hoor ik graag hoe het smaakt. Gnocchi with Scallops and australian Black truffle This dish was born out of a love for truffles and the comforting allure of homemade Italian food. I wanted to highlight truffle in a way that felt natural, not overpowering, and what better way than to pair it with gnocchi and sweet, delicate scallops? INGREDIENTS For 2 servings: 400g potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade) 6\u20138 fresh scallops, cleaned 2 tbsp unsalted butter Salt &amp; pepper to taste 15 &#8211; 20g fresh black truffle person, thinly sliced INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare the Gnocchi If using store-bought gnocchi, cook according to the package directions. Homemade? Even better. Boil until they float to the top (just a few minutes), then drain and set aside. 2. Sear the Scallops Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
